Good location for ferry port and calais town centre. Clean and comfortable rooms
Breakfast wasn't the greatest, plus another guest brought their dogs to the dining room!

Warm, quiet room, friendly staff, hairdryer in bathroom. TV in room. Shops right opposite. Free parking in street right near hotel. Perfect for what we wanted.

The hotel was in a good location, check in was quick and efficient and the room was clean and tidy
The hotel is on a main street and staying at a weekend there was quite a lot of noise from outside. Both myself and my wife checked to make sure the window was properly closed and we were on the top floor. The level of sound attenuation to outside did not seem great. (The last drunk French person went past on their way home around 5am!) Perhaps it was just the room we were staying in.

Location of hotel to bars/restaurants, and breakfast.
Very small twin room with only enough shuffle room to get to ensuite toilet. Constant noise from a generator would impact light sleepers.

From location, pricing to comfortability. The staff were excellent and ever ready to help. The breakfast was worth the money.

The price was very reasonable as it included breakfast. A central location - good for shopping and restaurants.
A couple of minor issues - parking and general street noise. The hotel doesnt have it's own car park and sound proofing for the rooms would prevent sleep being interrupted by early morning street cleaners. Coffee making in the room would also be an advantage. Some updating of the bathroom was needed in our room.

the hotel appeared very quiet, and staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The continental breakfast was well presented and offered a range of healthy options.
rooms were small, and doors required banging to close which is disturbing late evening for other guests.
